Site Visit
We will visit your land together to see where you would like your home placed and future goals. As a custom home builder we can provide insight to help you build on your land.
Estimate provided
Once you have plans, we will discuss options and pricing and provide an estimated cost to build on your land.
Signed Contract
We will provide a scope of work and contract along with a list of change orders that detail what we will build on your land.
Payment Schedule
We will discuss and coordinate with you if paying cash, or your bank if financing, to pay for the construction of your new home.
Begin Construction
We will start the process of getting permits, soil samples, engineered designs, etc. to begin constructing your new home.
Construction Updates
We will keep you updated on the build process and make sure you know what's next.
New Home Introduction
When the home is finished we will spend time discussing warranties and going over how to care for your new home.
Move In!
Once the home is completed, documents signed, and payments made, you're ready to move in! Call us to learn how to build on your land.
